Why this deadline is unforgiving

A claim filed past the window is auto-denied by the eClaims system, and there is no ordinary appeal for lateness — the only narrow escape is force majeure. A missing document also sends the claim back (Returned to Sender), and fixing it eats the rest of your window. That is why the safe move is filing early with a complete bundle, not filing on the last day.
