2. DMCA notice (17 U.S.C. ยง512(c)(3))
To request removal of content you own the copyright to, send a written notice to the address above containing all six statutory elements:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough specificity to locate it (URL).
- Contact information for the complaining party.
- A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and the complainant is authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Notices missing any of the six elements are non-conforming and will be returned for completion.
3. Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. ยง512(g))
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following elements:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone, and consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the district where the platform may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
After a valid counter-notice, the platform forwards it to the original complainant. If no court order is filed within 10โ14 business days, the content is restored.
4. Non-DMCA takedown (factual error, PII)
For non-copyright issues โ factual errors, accidentally published PII, defamation claims under Philippine or U.S. law:
- Send the URL, the specific claim disputed, and any supporting documentation.
- The platform applies the 48-hour verified takedown standard: if the disputed fact cannot be verified to the published claim within 48 hours, the content is taken down or corrected.
- Verified errors are logged at /corrections.
5. Law-enforcement requests
The platform receives, logs, and responds to law-enforcement requests subject to the following standards:
- Subpoena / court order required for non-public user data (IP, contact details, complaint metadata).
- Search warrant required for content of stored communications under U.S. ECPA.
- Requests from foreign governments are routed through MLAT or letters rogatory, not direct.
- Emergency requests (immediate threat to life): processed promptly subject to good-faith verification.
- Whistleblower submissions are stored as SHA-256 hashes only; the platform cannot deanonymise them on request.
Transparency report. Aggregate counts of received requests, complied with, and rejected are published annually on this page. Counts since launch:

Where permitted by law, affected users are notified of requests for their data before disclosure.
6. Gag orders and warrant canary
The platform has not, as of the date above, received any non-disclosure order, national-security letter, or equivalent gag order. Removal of this paragraph in a future revision should be read accordingly.
7. Defamation policy
Public-record entries cite to primary sources only. The platform does not publish editorial characterisation. If you believe a published claim is defamatory, send the disputed URL and a copy of the source you believe was misrepresented. Verified misstatements are corrected; an entry is removed only if no source supports it.
