not a should to lean on

It approves the loan but when I borrow it out it says" oops restart the app "it's annoying

taking my information and not giving a loan me feels like theft my identity

I'd definitely give you a 5 star but with what I've gone through this app today is disgusting. I've been with you for almost a year 10yrs and you disappoint me when am in an emergency surely? I did a verification when I joined with my ID, today I tried to take a loan and you're sending me to the same process that I've tried almost 100 times failing! My front camera is not working, I've taken the ID picture severa times but your algorithm I don't know what kind of picture does it want.

I cant delete my data and account ... This comes from the Data Protection Act 2019, enforced by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). ill be filing a complaint soon

This is the worst app ever. I wasted my time on a useless app like this I rather use Zenka it's much better

app malfunction and they can't fix it. they are very eager to close ticket by COB alafu they want you to rate their 'response'. definitely less than one star

bad,,due to my delayed salary I paid 3 days late,,and ever since I replayed I've not been able to access borrowing

i have been using it for long and it is a good lone app.But now it is not like before.After paying i wanted to apply again alone ,but since, 5days ago antil now they are just saying we are verifying data.why?

watch out for these loan apps they take your info and use against you they're scammers don't take money from them if you want loan go to the bank

Not good at all I have never taken a loan with tala but they keep rejecting my application upon asking the reason they can't give me one I love your interests they are good but why are you not giving me a loan ?
