I tried to borrow here money since 2022 but I have never been qualified, I don't understand the reason.

for the last 6 months you've never updated my account it keeps saying not approved yet I haven't even applied 😏

After many borrowings and repayments the last borrowing has become a challenge and efforts to to reach tala on restructuring were unfruitful. I choose to be depositing some amount on every 7th despite random calls and different callers from as early as 7am and 6pm. My promises that I have only defaulted on period but assured my total commitment to clearing to the last penny. I have been harrassed and even listed at CRB I thought this was in bad taste.

this is a bad app I am receiving messages to pay loans that I didn't apply for if only it could update it's customers details or name or new number what do you mean I am Mildred but am receiving messages directed to Emily wanjiku waweru

Not useful your app didn't help get my loan instead this loan app just asked me so many questions and give me any money

one of the worst moments ever heard on a loan app I'll link like granting someone 206 days look someone is on emergency and give them such days to request for a run I think that's not helpful 😔😔

Very disappointing experience with this app. My loan keeps getting approved, but the money is never transferred to my M-Pesa account because of what seems to be a technical issue on their side. I have contacted customer support more than six times over the past five days, and every time they tell me the issue has been resolved when it clearly has not. I keep getting the same problem over and over again. This app is unreliable, the support team is unhelpful.

It approves the loan but when I borrow it out it says" oops restart the app "it's annoying

I'd definitely give you a 5 star but with what I've gone through this app today is disgusting. I've been with you for almost a year 10yrs and you disappoint me when am in an emergency surely? I did a verification when I joined with my ID, today I tried to take a loan and you're sending me to the same process that I've tried almost 100 times failing! My front camera is not working, I've taken the ID picture severa times but your algorithm I don't know what kind of picture does it want.

I cant delete my data and account ... This comes from the Data Protection Act 2019, enforced by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC). ill be filing a complaint soon

This is the worst app ever. I wasted my time on a useless app like this I rather use Zenka it's much better

app malfunction and they can't fix it. they are very eager to close ticket by COB alafu they want you to rate their 'response'. definitely less than one star
