useless app, I repaid their loan in time only to reapply but their money never reaches your mpesa account despite being approved, you email them only to get a false response that they have rectified only to go back to their app and find the same old problem... they failed me for more than I week untill I gave up, try them at your own risk

I have been using Tala for some time, but unfortunately, I have never been approved for a loan. Every time I apply, my request is declined without a clear explanation, despite regularly using the app and providing the required information. I understand that loan approval depends on internal eligibility criteria, but the app should provide clearer feedback on what users need to improve to qualify. At the moment, my experience with Tala has been disappointing.
last loan 2016 since then I don't qualify I've made over 253 referrals don't you update your system

why I can't pay loans through app
app no longer great.. after reaching 50k limit never late to pay a single loan.. over a period of over 9 years. they embarrassed me badly while at a restaurant confident I have 50k available they refused to loan me a single shilling.. upto now they say they is a technical issue.. you can't trust this app always check first to avoid what they put me through.. they are now back on track hope it stays this way.
