I was not able to register on Mcash app due to pop up error. " Your account cannot be used at this time.please contact support" The staff could not assisst me either.They dont know how to resolve the issue. Hoping for your prompt assisstance. Thank you

How are we supposed to use this app? There's no Register or Create Account button.

Very inconvenient app, Even the features inside are so behind from other E-wallet app. It still charge 15 pesos for interbank transfers when it's mostly free in other banks and e wallet platform.
