Very inconvenient app, Even the features inside are so behind from other E-wallet app. It still charge 15 pesos for interbank transfers when it's mostly free in other banks and e wallet platform.

Good day. I am experiencing an issue with the MCash-Wallet app on my OPPO Reno 2F running Android 11 (ColorOS V11.1). The application installs successfully from the Google Play Store, but whenever I open it, only the MCash-Wallet logo appears for a few seconds before the app automatically closes.

I just downloaded the app, but I can't create a new account. When I try to log in using my mobile number, it says "Account not found." Please provide a registration option for new users.

App is completely trash. Everytime I buy a load, it always fails and my balance is deducted. Definitely not recommending this app.

I'm so disappointed with this app poor performance. im about to make a cash out transaction in one branch here in our province an employee advise me to transfer my money from gcash to this mcash wallet because according to her the transaction fee in this app is much cheaper than gcash, after she created my account and made the transfer, suddenly this app is hard to open my account to make a cash out transaction, the problem was even raised to the support team at the head office.

everytime I install the app it closes instantly ,I already done everything like clearing the cache . what's best to do?

I transferred my Atome Savings Limit through M Lhuillier on June 25, and I was informed that the funds would be sent to my GCash wallet. It has now been 2 days, but I still have not received the ₱2,000. Please resolve this issue immediately or return the funds to Atome. I will not make any payment for this transaction until I receive the money I was supposed to receive. Kindly provide an update as soon as possible.

Absolutely Terrible Experience This has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a finance app. I transferred a large amount of money using QRPh/InstaPay, expecting the transaction to be processed promptly. Instead, my money has been stuck in “Pending” status with no clear explanation, no updates, and no assurance of when the issue will be resolved. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to be told that the transaction could take up to 5 business days to process. Five business days for an InstaPay transaction? That completely defeats the purpose of using a supposedly fast digital payment service. To make matters worse, today is Saturday, meaning the waiting period could feel even longer while my money remains inaccessible. What makes this even more disappointing is the lack of urgency. We’re not talking about a small amount of money. This is people’s hard-earned money, and customers deserve transparency, reliability, and timely service. Instead, I was left anxious, frustrated, and wondering whether my funds would arrive at all. A finance app should give users confidence and peace of mind. MCash has given me the exact opposite. If your platform cannot reliably handle fund transfers or provide clear communication when problems occur, then you should not be handling people’s money in the first place. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in MCash and would strongly discourage others from trusting this app with large transactions.

The PIN/password retrieval process is slow and inconvenient. It would be better if recovery options were simpler, faster, and more user-friendly to avoid delays and account access issues.

Lots of bugs, swiping back to the previous screen doesn't work, in-app camera can't even focus, captures but then a message will appear saying it's the wrong type of ID, sad.

Cant register, if the app is not stable atleast have an option where the user can access or create new account from a website

WORST E-WALLET I Can’t sign up. It’s really hard to sign up unlike other e-wallet apps. This one is worst. Hope you will improve this app.
