DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! BEWARE of this app's FRAUD AND SCAM TACTICS!!! AFTER PAYING EVERYTHING and ALL THE PENDING LOANS DAYS BEFORE THE DUE DATE, THIS APP WILL GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC REJECTION for the NEXT LOAN APPLICATION! I've always paid on time and days before the credit due but this app is the worst. I paid everything then this app just tried to scam me by saying i have to pay my loans to receive a higher credit limit then reject me the second I paid everything and sent payment to this trash app. To anyone who's reading this, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! Just download other apps like Billease or Peso PH. This app will just give you false hope on applying a new loan and reject it after you pay everything. Your money will be better off with other lending apps! BELIEVE ME!!!!

Spam Callers and Unclear Customer service agents Naka pag usap ako with agent to settle my dues on May 15(which is 3 days overdueat the time). We reached an agreement for me to pay for it on May 15, ang alam ko okay na maayos na at i sesettle ko nalang after ng sahod ko. But everyday since then nakaka tanggap parin ako ng calls from your agents about the same matter which is very hassle kasi 8 times sa isang araw sila tumatawag at paulit ulit ko ineexplain sa kanila na makakapag settle ako on the said date. Wala bang records ang mga agent nyo about sa last transaction? Or wala lang talaga kayong pake sa mga tao?calling 8 times a day and explaining myself 8 times is diagusting and unprofessional. Ayusin nyo naman customer service nyo, napaka walang kwenta. (PS: i dont have any loans that goes past 3 days overdue)

Excessive Collection Follow-Ups Despite Prior Coordination I already spoke with a JuanHand collection agent and explained my situation, but I still received multiple calls within the same day. When unreachable, they repeatedly contacted my references. The frequency felt excessive despite prior coordination. Collections should be firm but respectful. I hope JuanHand improves how they handle follow-ups.

AWARENESS!!! Do not fill up or install this app, your data privacy is not safe. I attempted to loan yet I cancelled it, now I keep receiving calls from them using different numbers!!!

Poor customer service Can’t apply another loan I always pay my dues in time then eventually something emergency happen and even I heads up on the delay for my payment few days of my payment due to emergency then within a day I pay in full my loan then they didn’t give me a chance to reapply for past 6 months

nag download ako nung app and nag register, after ko makakita ng bad reviews delete account agad and uninstall. No loans or anything, pero di sila tumitigil sa pag call. STOP SPAM CALLING ME!!!

not recommended app for me. i payed on time but i am rejected twice now. They say i can borrow after 29 days but now i am rejected again. They are not true to their words.

I was disappointed with the loan terms because the actual interest charged on my loan was much higher than I expected. What I understood to be a low daily interest rate ended up becoming around 0.49% per day, resulting in a very high repayment amount over 3 months. Please read the terms carefully before borrowing.

paid in advance yet cant approve your loan. high interest rate too. bad quality service. Read online that JUANHAND was ordered to stop operations due to client harassment and excessive data collection of using contact lists of their customer for debt shaming. look it up online.

I paid 5 days early only to be rejected when I reloan. I have no negative payment history in all apps. Don't install this. I don't recommend this. In the app, you'll see a review saying that only 7 days he was able to reloan but that's not true. 30 days is their minimum. The customer service? Don't bother calling and emailing them. When I called, the agent can't do anything. They're utterly useless. They'll only say that it's the system. Nothing else. Just that. I emailed Dec 11, still no reply.

You can’t really redeem the referral reward. It says that you successfully redeemed it, but no money is transferred to your account, totally a waste of time. This app also won’t give you a loan even if you have a job.

I settled my loans. No overdue. But still 4 times rejected my application for a loan. All I can think about the reason is that I was put in a bad light by one of your COLLECTION AGENT. Who keeps PESTERING me while at work, driving. DOES NOT CARE if I'm driving, what's important to him is for me to entertain his call. I really like your company, not your collecting agent. Tried applying again because I know this is a better loan app than others I've checked. Disappointed again.

Napaka unprofessional ng service ng apps na to. Sinisingil ako sa utang na di ko naman nareceive. Nagmessage na ko sa email, kahit sa email address na binigay nyo na di naman gumagana, nagprovide na ko ng proofs, video recording, screenshot, SOA, tas tatawagan pa rin daw ako. Warning na lang to sa mga gagamit nito, di po katiwa tiwala yung app na to. Pangit din makitungo ng mga tumatawag, maigi sa ibang apps

POOR SERVICE Poor service! I first reached out on MAY 1 to request that my account be closed because I was getting calls and text messages almost every single day. EJ told me it was related to my TikTok PayLater, so I contacted them again on MAY 3 and spoke with Gela, who confirmed that once my account was closed, no one would contact me anymore. Yet today, MAY 7, I still received another call and have continued receiving messages ever since I requested the account closure. MIND YOU — I DON’T OWE THEM ANYTHING. Not a single cent. I already paid off my TikTok PayLater last year, and I have absolutely NO outstanding balance. So why is it taking this long just to close an account? It has already been 4 days since my request, and it still hasn’t been closed. Is it really that hard to process a simple account closure? The constant calls and messages are beyond frustrating, especially when I don’t owe anything at all. This is honestly such poor service and a terrible customer experience.

I cannot proceed with my renewal of loan though I have already paid all my balances. But I give it 2 star for easy transfer

I'm traumatized by the Juanhand app. Ever since I downloaded the Juanhand app, someone started calling me from a different number and it's on the Juanhand system. It's so annoying.

Disappointing Service and Low Loan Offer i’m honestly disappointed with JuanHand. the service is not good based on my experience. i have a stable business and a regular source of income from work, yet my loan applications keep getting rejected for no clear reason. on the few times that there is an offer, the amount given is extremely low and not even helpful for my financial needs. it feels unfair that even qualified borrowers are not properly assessed. i expected a more reliable and considerate lending service, but sadly juanhand has been frustrating and inconvenient to use.

I haven't even registered or borrowed anything from here. But there are too many numbers who keeps calling and spamming. Please fix this issue. I didn't borrow anything from this app. Aside from the fact it's disturbing, it also acquired my number illegally that is against the Data privacy Act.
