I can't reloan!

no more loan offer.

Bakit nila dini decline ang loans ko eh wala naman akong overdues and besides I never failed to pay on time mas advantage pa nga sa kanila kung tutuusin kc may interest palagi transactions nyo .. Hindi ko lang maintindihan bakit ganun nagbabayad naman me on time pero bakit pag nag reloan inaayawan ninyo ginawa ko naman my responsibilities as a creditor. Sad part lang dahil sa halip na maasahan in times of need eh rejection ang matatanggap mo na respond....just saying

not reliable and inconsistent re application loan evaluation. I have a previous issues in loan delayed 2 days but get a loan right away I paid it off but after that I never have any delayed payment for a year now but now I cannot reloan I just have 1 loan for 5K in 8 months and I already paid 4 months without delay but cannot reloan and thr is said that the issue is my delayed payment from long ago.

I regularly borrow money from the lending app JuanHand. My due date was August 2, but they were already calling me repeatedly three days before my due date, even though I still had time to pay. I paid on August 2, exactly on my due date. After that, I increased my credit limit from ₱2,000 to ₱3,000 and reapplied for another loan, but my application was not approved. Now, I have to wait another 28 days before I can reapply, which is really frustrating because I urgently need the money.

Lock credit 27days uninstall remove my data on ur app thanks.

ayaw ng juanhand magpa loan dahil sa akin dahil on time ako magbayad halos one week before bago ang loan ko tawag ng tawag sila to remind me ei ako nmn on time magbayad at ung last na utang ko ay sa kapitbahay ko tinulungan ko lng Kaya on due date mismo sya nagbabayad

I rate this app for 2 stars only because of a liers adds. you cannot loan quickly. just 1 month after the application review before you can loan. so I think this is not better for quick cash loans.

It says I got approved, but the time I want to get the cash, it says it's rejected, so awful

Rejected Without a Clear Reason I was really disappointed with the result of my application. The app mentioned reasons like bad credit history, job instability, and having other loans, but none of those apply to me. I don’t have a bad credit history, and I always try to be financially responsible. I applied because I genuinely need financial assistance for my college tuition and dorm expenses, especially since I’m a working student trying to support myself while studying. It would be much more helpful if the app provided the actual reason for declining applications instead of showing generic explanations. I hope the review process becomes more transparent and gives deserving applicants a fair chance.

It used to be a good app, but it seems not anymore. Siguro kasi marami na kayong users unlike before. Settled usually agad lahat nung open loan application tapos sasabihin bad credit sa system evaluation. Hindi sumasagot ng tawag pero hindi naman din pumapalya sa pagbabayad. Hindi ba mas importante yon kaysa sumasagot sa tawag tas di nagbayayad? Disappointing and unfair ang evaluation received kasi hindi man pumapalya sa due date at advance ka madalas magbayad. I feel betrayed sa ganung part.

a couple of years of using juanhand and one of the only lending app to stay on me alongside tala and billease. always been approved but it changed. i am always getting rejected now since february 2026 and i am not seeing any change. guess this is a goodbye for a loyal customer.

These people won't stop calling me. It's gotten so annoying. I didn't even borrow money from them I just installed the app. Imagine if I actually did.

I'm disappointed because after I got approved and I paid my 1st installment but after that I got rejected again,why is that? can you please fixed it,Im trying to invite with my colleagues because I believe that this app can help us but it disappointed me.

I tried to apply last year and got rejected and now I tried it again and still got rejected. It disappoints all the time

EDIT: Still a 1 star for me. It's over 2 months and still can't reapply for loan. No help from customer service because they don't know when it will be available *Putting 1 star. I have been usung Juanhand for a long time and maintained payment. And now I can't apply for reloan and was asked to reapply in a month??? So dissapointing for an app that saying aims to help/assist people in need.

You required a lot of requirements only to be denied loan because I did not meet your standards... What are your standards???. I thought this is a venue for emergency financial needs?

very bad pa asa lang tong juan hand ontime payer tayu tapos natapos na ung load 60 days di na maka reloan ulit 30 tapos ngaun 30 days naman nakaka bobo. walang penalty walang late tapos walang reloan hahaha

this app keeps on calling you everyday even tho you didn't loan anything. i only registered to check it out and deleted my account afterwards but they kept on calling me with different numbers for like 3 times a day. I've tried contacting their customer service but they didn't even do anything about it. this app harrasses people. i would have given them 0 star if there is one 👎🏼👎🏼

Harassing calls and messages, not a good experience

ako lang ba naka expirience nito...2000 lang offer sa akin then maximum of 1 month lang ang limit to pay..pero dios ko po naman ang tubo 259 may discount pa ng lagay na yan na 39 pesos..diko na kinuha mas masahol pa sa mga bumbay..ONEHAND paki ayos naman ang rules nyu sa pautang bakit anlako ng tubo tapus maximum of 1 month lang ang repay..

Disappointing and Unhelpful During an Emergency I was pre-approved / offered a ₱25,000 credit limit and decided to proceed because of an urgent family emergency my brother was involved in an accident. After verifying all my information, they rejected my application claiming it would "cause financial stress." What adds real stress is being turned down when emergency funds are needed most. Extremely disappointed with the process and lack of real support when it matters.

LAKI NG INTEREST X2 SA LOAN MO Grabe nag try ako mag loan ng 30k for 12month pota ang laki ng interest umabot ba naman sa 5k per month tangain almost 60k din. Scam masyado para kang umutang ng doble. Sa Gloan, Tala, Maribank at Unionbank ang liit lng ng interest pero dito pota para kang binudol.
