seriously? your calls are annoying. it was just my last payment and before my Due date i already reach out to your gmail that I can't pay my balance last month but I'll be paying this last week of month but for god sake you won't stop calling you even called my reference number!!! hindi po ako tatakas dahil lang sa 1k na yan! na short lang ako! kaya mag hintay kayo wag atat!! anlaki pa naman ng interest nyo!

I loaned with a voucher 0% but when repaying It was not true I have to pay over 1837 interest instead to fraud app you even called and offered 0% interest now what you want me to pay that much interest for just a small amount I borrowed

No good This is my 3rd time trying to make a loan in this app. The reapplying process is too long. I got rejected 3 times and 2months again to reapply. I thought this app is more forgiving that other lending app but it is not. 1/5 star. I don’t want to take a loan it’s just i needed for emergency reasons. Not recommended to others.

Unlock Credit after 28days and 16H Received a text last Monday, 1:08PM saying "Need cash? Get up to 50K in 5 mins. No hidden fees + 7 day interest offset!..." Tried to create an account and got a credit offer of 7K. I applied for a 5K emergency loan but got rejected. I don't know what's wrong. They could have called me at least and tell me the details.

LEAKS personal info after applying to JH, i received SEVERAL calls and texts from DIFFERENT numbers. my number was immediately leaked after approval. now i keep getting spam messages from different people trying to offer me loans. this is concerning. will not be using again. i strongly encourage you to look for other legit apps as this app does not value your privacy. i’m looking for a way to formally report this. some users also shared the same experience. this app is not to be trusted

Voucher Panget nyo, nag bibigay kayo ng voucher then pag tinake yung offer nyo tinatanggal nyo ang voucher? I take the offer 2000 and i have a voucher/coupon 100 then supposedly dapat ang interest is 2119 but because of coupon less 100 so dapat magiging 2019 lang 19Pesos interest pero sa record ko 2119 parin?? So nasan ang coupon display lang hindi na deduct??!!!! Wag lang tatawag agent nyo sakin pagmurahin ko kayo!!

I will give 1 star for this loan app, I have good standing and good credit history, I paid my existing loan in advamce no late and overdues, yet they reject my loan. This is not worth it anymore.

Ang hirap ma approve

At first I really thought this loan app was helpful. I put my trust on this app. So i made my credit score as recommendable as possible. I paid always on or before due date. Unfortunately, my 2 recent attempts loan applications were denied. In times like this that I badly needed the help😭 . I thought this app is different from other platforms. So disappointing😔. This made me realize, paying on time or not doesn't make any sense. 😔

Not safe, they have access to your contacts. JuanHand — This lending app is scary. I paid my installments in advance, and although I was delayed once or twice, they kept contacting my relatives because they have access to your contacts.

Keep getting rejected despite having a good credit history. Customer service has no clear answers to queries/emails and only says that loan approvals are system-generated, yet they keep sending messages urging you to apply for a loan. Such a waste of time!!!
