I hope the app gets fixed soon. It has already been months since I’ve been unable to access my account through the app. Even when I enter the correct login details, I still can’t log in. I hope this issue can be resolved so we can access our accounts through the app without having to go to the main branch, which would be much more convenient and less of a hassle.

it's been a year since I first tried signing up for my account and tried again today but it still shows 'error' despite having stable connection and correct details.

It has been almost a week, and I still cannot create an account due to technical issues. What is the point of creating this app?

I've been trying to open my account for a year. and still, i can not open it. I emailed my concern and texted them, but nothing happened. I even went to several cebuana branches to fix the issue of my account, and still, they can't do anything.

Don't bother downloading the app, it's totally useless and inconvenient. Too many errors and bugs, they keep on doing system maintenance but fixes nothing. We've been using the app for our salary but its too risky to put it in this kind of bank.

Always under maintenance, can you improve how your application works? it is really a hassle on our part.

WHAT A USELESS APP!! I have been trying to create an account for almost two months since It's my first time trying their 24k card, and its keeps on saying that there is a technical problem going on. how can I access my account if it always had technical issues? it is so frustrating!! i already consulted the nearest branch but they said the app itself has maintenance. I've been so mad for nearly two months that I can't create an account. I already sent an email but there was no response.

I hope they make it easy to fix the problem specially for those whos working abroad and they changed their number. And now I can't use my eCebuana App !

Tried multiple times to sign up for an account but I always get an error about a "technical difficulty". Hope your team fixes the issue

I've been trying to create an account for months, and this is already my fourth attempt. My first three attempts were around February, and I still get the same error today. I even asked for help at a physical branch, but nothing was resolved. It's disappointing that the issue still exists after all this time. If users can't even create an account, what's the point of the app? Please fix it we deserve a reliable service.

lagi failed log in tapos pabalik balik nako sa Cebuana para ipa change number ko sabi 2-3 days ok na pero wala padin sobra busy ko inabot na ng month bumalik ako sabi di daw na verify so useless una nag asikaso kaya pina verify ulit tapos ngaun ayaw parin mabuksan??? uninstall and install na ginawa ko wala padin ano na cebuana?

Not recommended.. madalas Walang received money sa app.. pati yung mga teller napaka suplada

really bad, ininsist ninyong kumuha ng card, Sabi free of charge, tapos pag dating ng rasibo ng sangla may binawas kayong 150php, tapos Hindi rin Naman magamit dahil Hindi ma install ang app, same sa insurance, tapos pag nag claim dang daming hinihingi, my resibo na ng hospital at lahat ng proof kulang parin....

hindi magamit kakaasar,burahin nyo na yung apps na ito kung hindi naman magamit.

MAINTENANCE ERROR I can no longer log in my account due to maintenance error in app!! Tried to raise this concern to their support but no help at all. Super hassle!! Can’t even transfer my money online. No other option but to withdraw the money. HASSLE!
