It's my first time trying their 24k card and I am accessing their app to create and account. and I've been trying for the past 3 days and its keeps on saying that there is a technical problem going on. What is it even used for? and how can I access my account if it's always broken. I don't usually rate but because of this bad experience it's so frustrating. Fix your app people are using it!

Do something to your application. I've been trying to create an account but it keeps showing errors.

Like many other users, I am completely unable to open or log into the eCebuana app right now—it just freezes even after a full reinstall. This follows an issue around May 13, where I tried to withdraw cash from two separate ATMs and got the message: "Sorry, we cannot process your transaction." I already emailed customer service about this, but I'm getting no response. If this doesn't get resolved immediately, I will be withdrawing all my savings and putting them into a different account.

I was never able to login after signing up last year. i followed up by phone several times but the representatives kept sending me in circles. They advised me to send an email instead. I did send multiple emails, but I did not received a response regarding my case.
