Offline Receive Money I think it’s been 2 months still I can’t transfer from other bank account into my eCebuana MicroSavings account just because the “Receive Money” is still offline. I hope you can fix this.

eCebuana stole my money I sent money from my Cebuana savings to my Maribank via QR. The money is already deducted from my eCebuana but not received by my Maribank. So where the money goes? I don't believe that it sent to other account since I use my Maribank QR. And this is the first timeeeee!

Register Issue Update: ilang buwan na wala pa rin pinag bago, hindi magamit app nyo, napaka hassle sa amin na kailangan pa pumunta sa Branch nyo para mag balance Inquire at mag withdraw, isipin nyo yun, lalo pag emergency kailangan ng pera ipadala, tas app nyo useless! Its been 3days after i get my ATM, but this app useless, every time i want to register my account, it keep saying “there’s technical error “ please fix it

kakatawa ka cebuana, wala kana ginawa kundi kumain ng balance, buti kung isang beses lng eh maraming beses na! kpag may balance at gagamitin mo palagi lumalabas insufficient balance, tapos aabot ng next month mangyayari kakainin na nila balance mo. tapos grabe kung manrestrict todo, anlakilaki ng charge sa bawat transaction tapos ninananakaw pa ang wallet balance ng app user grabe kayo!!!

This app is annoying, I haven't used it for months since I downloaded it. I can't transfer or withdraw money from my wallet, when I open it again my money is gone.

I’ve been trying to create an account for a while now, and it’s been kind of a hassle because it has been under technical difficulties for quite some time. I thought that after getting a Cebuana bank account, it would be easier to save money, but unfortunately, I’m kind of disappointed. However, I hope that the money in the physical bank account was not affected by this issue, and I’m hoping this will be fixed soon. Thank you.

so disappointed sa Cebuana app na to.. trying to create an account mga ilang beses na but then still Wala man lang matinong nangyari laging technical error, bukod pa don when I try to visit the branch Ng cebuana, Yung guard lang nakakausap Hindi Yung mismong teller.. sobrang nakaka disappoint di pa approachable Yung teller masungit walang good customer service, seeking for help for this problem pero Wala man lang action sa concern ko nakakadismaya kayo sobra!!!!🤬

The issue is not resolve and this has been going on for a long period of time. Still unable to access/login account even phone number is register to the system. if app is not working they could have provide alternate solution just like loging to website. for the time. I dont understand why it took them so long to fix it, they are just giving their customer a hardtime and run around.

Low service Not recommended, lalo na dito sa province mahirap maka withdraw laging walang pundo sa branch nila poor service, ang hirap pa maka receive ng OTP, ngayon nag withdraw ako sa ibang bank kinain lang hindi lumabas yung pera pero na deduct na, yung ibang kasabayan ko na hindi 24k ang card naka withdraw, cebuana na talaga ang may problema.
