very useless app, after 1 loan, you cannot loan again!

I was approve from my 1st, 2nd and application and paid on time but on my 3rd application when I needed most they rejected my application even I paid my previous application on time.

misleading, please stop scamming those who are in a financial problem

1k loan rejected. deleting account in app not applicable, will be needing detailed infos etc via email hassle. don't sign up think before giving infos

this app cannot help us,even if u pay advance but still 1k offer no increase, it's my 3rd reloan but only 1k again the offer!! credit limit is very unstable!!

super bad experience i paid on time for 2times and on my 3rd loan they rejected me and the sad part is they ask for more documents and end up rjecting me over and over again..... such a foll of me to expecting the next application and got rejected again now my next application is September shameless i decided no to expect anymore

yes, u give me a try to borrow but after I paid before the due date you didn't accept my 2nd loan 🙄... you send that I'm not qualified. 🤬

This is scam, I didn't pass from their loan, and when I tried to delete my account there's no delete button to somehow protect my personal details. So I e-mailed them, but it didn't go through and it said that the email account that I'm reaching doesn't exist.

I am disappointed I paid my due today even my due is tomorrow to have a good record and when I am requesting to change my password I never received an OTP many times I've tried until I did'nt proceed my transaction.

deceiving app,I paid my 2nd loan then the system offers a higher amount of loan but you cannot avail it,they will reject your loan application and won't send you a code to proceed.

They just took my information and rejected the loan. Not recommended for emergency cash loan.

Not good system Thinking to deleting this cashalo app my credit limit suddenly go down from 13,000 to 4,000 after i payed i even payed 3 days ahead of time before my due date. why all of a sudden decrease credit limit when costumer is a good payer and always paying ahead of time im chating with costumer service but not helping i couldnt get a good answer because its automated replies. Its saying credit limit base on credit history but i have good credit history im a good payer never been delayed i just don't understand I been waiting for 4 days now to get updated my credit limit im thinking maybe there's glitch on their system but still the same I been loyal to cashalo for how many months now and never been failed to pay i feel so dissapointed now ☹️

My 4th loan was rejected, I need that for medical expenses of my father who's at hospital today. I'm on time payer but then rejected.

well its my first time using it.. its good at first Loan, paid it on time and even the customer service told me to borrow again.. which i did in other months.. but the 2nd time i borrow it declined on mee.. like what the fudge... bruh.. what a weird way... to get declined thinking to delete it.. its good app but what a coincidence.

at first they good but the second time that I applied for reloan it got rejected easily without any reason's. I paid it always ahead before the deadline yet it never increase such a waste.
