TOO SLOW FOR MONEY TRANSACTION Your Money Transaction is too slow I already waited for 1day already and I need to wait again for your process and take note the money is only 500 very slow and you already gave me a date for my repayment but you still didnโt give me anything!
Worst Months of applying.. maybe 20 times and still reject.. I understand if they respond 5-10 minutes after my applicationโฆ but not.. always everytime I finished my application, i am rejected automatically.. proving they dont do any credit investigation.. ending up deleting my account and uninstall the app๐ค
Not recommendable Aside sa shark load siya, maarte siya at di nag aaprove sa mga working sa BPO industry. Plus, I feel na nan di discriminate sila ng mga taong nag aapartment lang. just saying.

Missed Payment Never try to missed payment to this platform , as I already deleted my account , They will not give you a chance even if you fulfill your payment . So I thought I could borrow again . But 2 years i already paid and now i cant get approve Heheheh 2 years of waiting to get approve . Im tired now ! Thank you anyway billease .

FAKE! How many times should I apply loan? I tried 3 times but itโs always rejected! I need an emergency fund but you guys rejected my application many times even tho I give all my information, I send my payslip, proof of billing.
Cannot login Whenever i tried to login it gives a loop where it ask to update the app even though it's already updated. Hence, I cannot access my account
Useless app - Train your AI PROPERLY! Your vendor for approving applications is not doing their job properly. I have submitted countless valid requirements but got rejected instantly?! Youโre losing good customers with your useless vendor.

none There should be an option to have a negative star in this application, Ur chat support is very unprofessional and it seems like they donโt know what they are doing. Iโm trying to access my account and I have been encountering an error ever since I tried to log in try to reach out sending multiple screenshots still there is no any solutions, train your agents more.
Unverified Charging I have to pay for something I didnโt get to benefit for. My account has been inactive for several months that even Apple have to uninstall it. I had an account issues since 2025 and tried to work the issue with your support team but they failed to do so. So, I paid all my dues in full amount and stop using you app since January. Now, I get a notification that I have a due installment for a purchase last March when I donโt even use your app anymore cause it wont let me use your services anymore. Plus, I have to pay penalties even during the time Iโm raising this issue. I even need to reinstall the app just to pay this. Not a big amount but you should have been responsive rather than always remind for payment.

SYSTEM ISSUE I went on a grocery store and decided to pay billease as my payment. Tried to scan the QR and transaction went on pending but the payment hasnโt reflected yet on cashierโs end. Itโs taking so long to process the payment and they even advised me to go out for awhile to get a better signal. After almost 30 mins, still never received the payment but my credit limit was deducted on the app until they have decided to cancel the QR on their cashierโs machine and let me pay an actual cash instead. Now, itโs been two days since ive been dealing with this and still the pending transaction is still appearing on my app. They never reverse the payment back on my credit limit. Ive contacted their csr and nobody can fix it!!!! They kept on closing the case and when I reopen it, it is an endless explaination again and again and again. Reps are not backreading!!!!!! All i want is to cancel the transctions because theres a bug in cancelling my end despite of uninstalling and reinstalling the app!! Ofcourse I donโt want to be double charge!!!!!! This is even my first time using billease on a grocery and my experience is extremely frustrating!!! Please improve your CSR way of communicating!!!!!!

New Update bug the new update keep saying I have no internet while I have access on the app. I cannot chat the support the channel when the app keep popping No internet.
poor customer service and system it was okay at first months of using it, then now that i planned to pay all of my loans, my balance didnโt reset back to my limit even if i had no pending installments left. the reason why i payed early was to refresh my limit and borrow again, but guess what my balance is still 0 and the money i used to pay was my last money. i kept contacting them so that they can manually refresh my limit/balance but iโm not getting any reply from them. thanks for nothing, billease.
Hate it I hate this loaning app. The interest and penalties are so high. Imagine I borrowed 5,000 they charged 500 for service fee. Then I have to pay 11k+ full on interest and charges.

Very poor customer service Keeps sending automated message and not provide resolution to a problem. keep saying they're fixing, but its been months still no fix. Poor tech system!!

If I am not eligible to use your app, kindly state it clearly and professionally instead of providing false expectations. I attempted to reactivate my account because I trusted your app based on the feedback I saw. However, it now appears that this may have been misleading or false advertising. At this point, I have decided to delete my account.
DON'T USE BILLEASE (1) I didn't know that I would be this frustrated with billease. After a failed cash loan, my limit should have gone back to it's original limit as per email also, but until now, 10 days has passed it's still stuck to my credit limit being used up. Read the other review here with one star, and I can totally agree with what they said about Billease' customer service. It's like it's just there because with all their generic responses with no actual resolution to your concern. It's useless. Imagine they just need to restore my credit limit back, but it's taking them this long to resolve the issue, if they ever have any time to fix it.
PAID BUT NOT REFLECTED I paid today some of my balance and it did not reflect..
Very disappointed It charges high interest rates
