They have 110 percent interest rate My product loan 44 thousand and my payable interest to then is 46 thousand plus which was crazy the agent didn’t even explain it well to me which was very disappointing. If I could rate negative 1M. I will because they are corrupting people’s pocket.

Worst app I thought Billease would help me with my financial situation. But it adds with my financial problem since I lost my work. I loaned a phone and I am consistently paying every month and I only have 4 months left but I had lost my job so there’s no way I can pay. Instead of understanding my situation they continue to raise the total amount of the money which I need to pay and everyday they add 50 pesos. Now the amount of the money that I need to pay is almost triple the amount of the phone that I loaned. I sent emails but I didn’t get replies and I feel horrible.
worst worst update its my first time after my payment my credit limit is going back to normal but after days i open my application and it shows that re apply even if i still not applying for any loans? like how?

Bloked I’ve been blocked by Billease. I’m a good payer and I’ve never been delayed when it comes to payment. I usually pay before the due date and yet I’m being blocked? I tried many time to open this app and still get “something went wrong”.

LOL AT THIS APP! after ko bayaran yung ni-loan ko, pina-delete ko account ko sa kanila. tapos nung nagt-try ako mag sign up ulit, auto reject na HAHAHAH ginamit ko pa ibang email address ko pero pagdating sa facial verification, biglang nag logout! XD tapos hindi na ko ulit maka login. anyways, i deleted this app na such a waste of time!
Too Many Updates The app is good overall and very easy to use. However, it’s getting annoying that almost every time I open the app, it requires an update. Why are there so many updates?
High interest rates High interest rates for 2 months , if you compute it and pay in advance , no rebate. Suggestion for 15 days interest and 1 month interest. Hope Every loan have higher loan unlock.

Customer service is very poor and not true The customer service is very poor I already inform them of the overdue discount but it was not effective and I already paid the said amount they give me through email but it result to top up overdue fees because of the incompetent customer service had I known that this is going to be like this I already paid in full without believing their email, the app was good but the customer service are liers.
Repeated Rejected Application for almost 2 years There is no worse financing app garbage than this one! I’ve got a perfect credit track record and proven good standing with actual banks, yet you completely ignore all of that! You keep turning me down again and again even after I handed in every single authentic, legitimate document you asked for — and your support team’s only excuse is always "it falls under our internal policies"?! Screw your lousy, biased internal policies! This app is total trash, a complete waste of time and effort!

OVERCHARGING AND UNCONSIDERATE Overcharging, the late fess is super high! I only borrowed 4k and i failed to pay my bill on time due to circumstances and i promise to pay it, the prev representative told me that my bill will go back to normal and the late fees charge will be removed but its not, I pay almost 2k and the app is still asking me to pay another 1k because of overdue???? Are you guys serious and if im gonna pay in full the total ammount is 7k??? The days that I failed to pay my bill is only 1week and that how high is it? You guys are really inconsiderate this is too much for me i am only a student I only borrow because i need money to cover my tuition and i been receiving a lot of call and text from you its super traumatizing and the agents are super attitude

one star rate ko 1 star, 1 business day lang pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din approval. and also, nag email sa'kin to pass the added requirements but i can't click/find where to submit the added info they needed.

TOO SLOW FOR MONEY TRANSACTION Your Money Transaction is too slow I already waited for 1day already and I need to wait again for your process and take note the money is only 500 very slow and you already gave me a date for my repayment but you still didn’t give me anything!
Worst Months of applying.. maybe 20 times and still reject.. I understand if they respond 5-10 minutes after my application… but not.. always everytime I finished my application, i am rejected automatically.. proving they dont do any credit investigation.. ending up deleting my account and uninstall the app😤

Missed Payment Never try to missed payment to this platform , as I already deleted my account , They will not give you a chance even if you fulfill your payment . So I thought I could borrow again .
