app issue unable to pay via qr code

Disappointed Hi, Billease! I’ve been using this app for almost a year already. Just wanted to show my dissatisfaction with this app. Im really disappointed after paying full amount, you offer me with very limited credit amount from 2,000 down to 500!

IM FRUSTRATED!!!’ I’m really frustrated because the penalty did not show up immediately, so I didn’t notice it. The system suddenly lowered my limit, making it seem like I wasn’t paying on time, when in fact I’ve been paying my dues properly. If the penalty had been shown clearly and immediately, I could have noticed and addressed it right away. Please improve the system’s notifications before automatically lowering a user’s limit.

Very unsatisfactory I know most people would say that this app is good. My credit score is good and it keeps on auto-declining my application which is so weird. I sent an email asking why because there must have been a reason. But then of course they just sent an automated email.

Rica I’m paying on time instead of increasing the credit limit, they are lowering it down lol

Limit Decreased! I always recommend this app to my colleagues with so many positive things to say. Been a Billease user since 2022 and established a 50,000 credit limit. Just this month, I fully paid my 18000 outstanding loan balance. They congratulated me then reduced my limit to 1000! What a joke! Laughable!

Loan amount decrease fron 50000 to 6000 real quick I was using this app as one of my go to apps in installments and loans but recently my loan limit was cut from 50000 down to 6000. As someone who uses this app without proper explanation they treat you so bad even if you are paying on time. I was planning a big purchase using this app as installment but they suddenly cut limit. If you have alternatives please use other apps. You pay on time but they reward you with limit cuts.

To much penalty for late payment Imagine 300+ penalty what the hick?? I will not borrow anymore.

1/10 So hard to negotiate with in terms of payment arrangement. No refund on interests when paid early. High fee for late payment. What a scam

pwede pero depende fast loan pero kapag payday mo na grabe mangharass na late ka lang ng 2days due puro pagmumura at pagbabanta natatanggap ko sa messages 7 numbers ang mangungulit at paulit ulit na nagbabanta🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️

Credit issue Maganda siya nung una kong gamit binigyan ako malaking offer agad. Malaking help talaga. Naka tatlong avail ako sa kanila and good payer so far. Pero nung last na gamit ko sa kanila, nung na settle ko na last loan ko at di ko ginamit ng isang araw yung credit limit ko, nawala na lang bigla. Until now walang available na offer sa akin pero may credit limit ako na hindi ko magamit. I hope maayos yung system niyo kasi maganda talaga tong app niyo malaking tulong. Sana mabigyan niyo ng pansin yung mga may concern sa inyo at magreply kayo ng maayos at masolusyonan yung issue. Ilan beses ako nag email pati sa cs app mismo pero matagal maayos yung isssue

Quite Bad I've been a customer for years with a good record standing but all of a sudden after I settled my bills, the credit limit suddenly dropped at almost 90%. They're not doing much of a background check on their clients. Quite frustrating.

unable to generate qr to pay this has been an issue for almost a month now and your dev is not doing anything about it for your customer's convenience. will not use this in the future. Customer service as always, no help. Such a waste of time talking and reporting the problem. Let alone this app rot with bugs by refusing to report them

Spam numbers keep calling Since i signed on this application i kept on getting calls from different numbers everyday. Already deleted my account before getting a loan and calls still didnt stop.

NO NATIONAL ID OPTION I just finish my loan in this app, for 4months of being a goodpayer my credit didn’t go high. so i decide to delete my account because i’m thinking that maybe the payslip i upload is to low so i deleted my account and create a new one, but now they remove the national id option. haha

Live Call and Chat Support Terrible customer support experience. Agents give conflicting instructions, reject valid documents after long waits, and pass you around from team to team. When I asked to cancel, I was forced onto two separate video/phone calls with background noise so loud the agents could barely be heard—only for them to ask for my ID and immediately flag the transaction as failed. Completely unhelpful and a total waste of time. I’m scared my ID will be used for malicious personal gain.

Disappointing When you just caught delayed in payments, while they earning in high interest & high penalty, the credit limit you've earn for a long time, they will turn it back to starting promo. Hahaha. Imagine, I just got delayed for just a several days, and I have 2 payments left, when I got the opportunity to pay. I pay the remaining balance in full but still they lower down the next credit limit you've earn lol.

HONEST REVIEW Based on my personal experience, the interest and additional charges are indeed HIGH. The payment changes and additional charges can be very confusing and frustrating, especially when you’re already trying your best to manage your finances, and communicated with them. BillEase may be convenient when you urgently need money, but be sure to fully understand the interest, fees, and payment terms before borrowing. This is based on my personal experience.

Not reinstating credit I just wanna say that I have been with billease since it first launched the app. The app was great for those years! However, just today when I am in badly need of cash due to an emergency, suddenly they refuse to reinstate my credit limit because and I qoute “You need to fully settle all your loans and not just settle 1 loan out of multiple loans”. I was shocked and flabbergasted at this point because no way was they doing this when all I did was be loyal and paid on time (I can only recall missing 3 payments) ever since I joined the app. To me, as a user and consumer I am nothing but grateful for the service the app provided when I am in need. However, I am insulted as to how they do not value loyalty and how I manage to pay on time because I respect and appreciate their service. It was great while it lasted. Nevertheless, customer service handling still amazing and empathetic.

Very Disappointing Experience I paid my loan in full and on time, expecting that I would be able to reloan afterward. However, after making the full payment, I still couldn’t reloan. It’s very disappointing, especially since I completed my payment as required. I hope the app can be more transparent about its reloan eligibility and improve this process.

Inconsiderate Loan App I paid early to reloan however they didn’t offer me another loan. We had promised pay agreement and still added interest, yet you still disqualified me. Inconsiderate!!!

They have 110 percent interest rate My product loan 44 thousand and my payable interest to then is 46 thousand plus which was crazy the agent didn’t even explain it well to me which was very disappointing. If I could rate negative 1M. I will because they are corrupting people’s pocket.
