I've been a good payer since I've joined ATOME, it's my 4th time to try to loan in cash swak. Why am I rejected? I paid earlier before the due. I'm so disappointed! I needed the money but I paid because I wanted to have a good record, but it disappointed me!

I am using this app for several months already, experience is okay until a payment made July 24 was not reflected to my account, I raised it to the bank where I made the payment, they confirmed that payment was disbursed already to the AUB bank. I contacted their support to raise the concern but they are not handling it effectively, they kept on asking details which were provided already in the previous emails, when I follow up, they asked again the concern! Gelo and Cams are not good supports!

I applied for savings it been rejected, the make wait for me many days only to be disapproved. And notification says I needed to get many referal to may friends for higher success approval.

Card Delivery Years Delayed Can’t even manage inquiries. Always asking for personal details but doesn’t solve anything. Please review your staffs and management, and do your business properly.

From 5* to 1*. Better not to use this App. It will spam calls and texts every minute even if you promised to pay in that day. Pure harrasment in this app. And they will call and texts your contacts eventually. This app is the worst app i had ever used.

horrendous interest rates and predatory ways of handling late payments

I reached out to their team after being overdue to ask for debt consolidation due to financial struggles. While their team responded to me personally, they have not only declined my request to discuss better repayment options, they have also bombarded my calls, texts, Viber etc. with notifications. I have since disallowed most of the app's permissions to access my contacts. If they continue to harass me or my contacts in the next due date, I will file a case for violating DPA 2012.

Panget!! Sa una lang maganda!! Binabawasan nila spending limit mo ng walang pasabi!! tapos pababa ng pababa ang limit kahit nag babayad ka ng mataas!! Isa pa ung cash loan nila pag nabayaran mo na di kana makakautang ulit!!!! Customer service wala rin kwenta!!!

Spin the wheel its really disappointing that the "spin the wheel" will just give u free 3 points even after many draws until you reach the spinning limit. At first it was okay cause it give you different things now its just always "additional 3 points" whats the point?

Spam call They will call you 30x in one hour if you miss your payment.

Service is terrible To whom it may concerned as my issues of payment is incorrectly posted. My balance should be P 4,080 only not P8,160 again i made a payment twice last June 22,2026 .I already contacted your support but i receive incorrect response

Your customer service is very disappointing and unprofessional. My billing concern remains unresolved, yet your collections team is overly aggressive. Even if a payment is only one day late, they repeatedly send SMS messages and make continuous calls from multiple unregistered numbers, which feels like harassment. Because of this experience, I have completely lost confidence in your service.

don't use this app, I got hospitalized and they still asking me to pay immediately and call every 5mins., I send a video and picture that I cannot pay because of my hospitalization due to Amoeba. they don't consider to pay another day. So if you plan to use this, take the annoying calls and not considerate adjustment of payment schedule.

Spending Limit decrease In my months of using atome card, I was able to pay the credit loan and cash loan. Recently, when I paid my july bill, got a specific spending limit appear ony phone, and got a chance to get a cash loan also. After days, i was able to use it when i purchase ferry ticket and used this to paid for it. After a day of that transaction, from 15k spendinding limit, ATOME retrieve the 14k spendinding limit I have. What was the reason? I was shock. Without any explanation. This time, i decided to pay everything here and NEVER TO USE ATOME CARD. GOT TO TELL ALL OF THE PEOPLE AROUND

UNWANTED, FORCED INSTALLMENT PLANS. FIX YOUR APP. I am beyond frustrated with Atome right now. I logged in today ready to pay my total bill of ₱9,948.26 in full, only to discover that the app automatically converted my balance into a 6-month installment plan without my consent or authorization. I never selected this! When I contacted customer support, I spoke with an agent named Carla who told me to jump through unnecessary hoops: pay a partial amount of ₱4,607.10, send an email to manually cancel the mess their app created, and then settle the remaining ₱5,341.16. Why should I have to do all this extra work and risk my payment status because of a sneaky or glitchy feature? I have always paid my dues on time. Forcing users into installment plans they didn't ask for is ridiculous and manipulative. Fix this system bug, cancel this unauthorized plan immediately, and let me pay my balance in full without the headache!

I've paid my cash account successfully a few times. Now I want to use it again the system says try again later. it's more than a week now. Also costumer service is very slow,but delay your payment for just one day and you will receive never ending call and text that can sometimes be already bothersome and can be considered harassment.

STOP HARRASSMENT!!! I have a co-worker before, we are not in contact anymore. I didnt know that he put my phone number as his character reference. Now that he failed to pay Atome, I am the person they contact to get in touch with that friend. I message him but he did not reply but Atome is calling me every single day, not just once or twice but 20 times or so. Do you understand that I have a life as well? I am a full time mom and a full time employee at night— nakakaistorbo ng tulog ko yung tawag nyo. Leche!!! Pakiayos nyo to pls ni hindi nyo nga ako customer.

Dissapointing I know many people here complain about the poor customer service and harassment towards late payers so I will make this quick. Please fix the people who handle your services, MANY PEOPLE NOT ONLY IN THE REVIEWS OF THE BUT ALSO THE WHOLE SOCIAL MEDIA WORLD says that your customer service is inhumane, harassing and terrible yet you did nothing, your excuse is that it is “SYSTEM GENERATED” then fix your system. Just one reminder a day can be okay and not bombarded you with calls and its just 7:30 in the morning! Working people start at 9. I know this will fall in deaf ears. Which is sad, but just please fix your flawed system, no person can do anything if you keep harassing.

Never got delayed paying, even availed the installment they were offering to help increase limit tapos ang bibigyan ng offers yung mga bago at di gumagamit? Eme niyo. Auto Installment I was about to pay my bill but when I opened the app, the bill was already converted to installment. I did not allow to have my bill split.
