useless customer service can't even inquire the status of my request to change mobile number for atome savings can't pay my bills

There is something wrong with this loaning app, support is always AI generated no actual agent to talk with. and no phone number to call.

only 1 star due to no proper communication if your credit limit will be decrease which suppose to be a help in managing when it came to emergency needs and also my cash loan paid earlier but when i re apply i am decline. Im a consistent payor and always early in paying but still decrease my credit limit and also not eligible in cash loan.

1 star. from 4,000 permanent limit, you deduct 1,500? don't say permanent if it is not true

Super aggressive credit collection team. Your phone will drain due to continuous call from them even if you just fail to pay for one day. Ill definitely pay and disconnect this service.

I am disappointed with my recent experience with Atome. I fully paid my previous cash loan and never missed any payments. However, despite receiving a loan offer, my new application was rejected. This was disappointing and confusing, as the offer created an expectation that I was eligible. I respectfully request a clear explanation of the decision and a review of my application.

Spending Limit Drastically Decreased Just two days ago, I paid on time and spent within my limits yet suddenly my spending limit was decreased drastically. I contacted their customer “service” yet I was just replied with automated responses and no justified cause of why this happened. The tone of the response was even seemingly accuses me of late payment and irresponsible spending when I just did the opposite. Sad that I even recommended this app to some friends. ATOME BETRAYS ITS CUSTOMERS’ TRUST.

Do not allow cash loan even if there was no late payment due.

I strongly question Atome’s data security. How did scammers know my number and that I’m an Atome user when I never clicked any suspicious link or willingly shared this information? This raises serious concerns about possible unauthorized access or misuse of user data. I also question the trustworthiness of their employees. Atome must investigate this incident, protect customer data, and hold accountable anyone involved in its misuse.

They are lying. Its not a PERMANENT Limit imagine taking effort with those points to increase your limit and here they just cut you off after PAYING. I Call shade and I call scam

It was good for at least 3 months, and then afterwards they became so inconvenient to the point that I can't even use my card because they keep declining due to a made up reason called "potential risk" when there's no risk at all, and I have too much spending limit available which I can't even use because of this. Now they've also deducted my spending limit without any explanation which had resulted for my account being overlimit. Don't use this app if you're a good payer. Such a waste of time.

I already explained my side—that I'm delayed because my salary is still far off—but they are still insisting that I pay even though I literally have nothing right now. It wasn't an AI I was talking to, it was a real person. I already explained my side and promised to pay everything for my 2 months, even though it hasn't even been 2 months yet. MY GOD, ATOME! They claim they aren't forcing me to pay, but they keep calling over and over, wanting me to pay literally right now. You guys are idiots!! I know my obligation and I will definitely pay it. ATOME would have been good, but their service is terrible!! Good luck to whoever downloads it. You'll have your day, Atome. We'll see each other at the SEC, just you wait.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY INSTALLMENT PLAN. Maganda ka sanang gamitin pang emergency kaya lang pag bayaran hindi pwede i cancel ang installment plan e babayaran na nga ng full. Sana ayusin niyo pa mga gantong sitwasyon.

DO NOT USE THIS TRASH APP Had been using it for a while. At first it was good with a 2k approved limit then increasing to 5100 then suddenly as I paid, it decreased by 1600 with no justification. I never missed a payment nor had any late payments. I always pay beforehand. Also when there is a failed transaction it does not return back to the credit limit. 👎👎

I have not been able to use my card, as it always declines every transaction, and suddenly after filing a complaint, my limit was reduced. I am actively using my card and I always pay on time so I don't understand why it happened.

So I was late paying 1 cash loan for only 1 day and they revoke my usage of their cash loan service, I even resolved my later date bills but they still won't let me borrow cash loan. I suggest not using this app anymore if you are hoping for fair services, find another app.

​I strictly use debit cards (GoTyme/UB) and avoid credit, but tried Atome for the first time. I wanted to pay in full, but a confusing UI split it into a 3-month plan with interest. I contacted support right away to pay in full and revert it, but they refused to help or waive fees. Zero grace period or flexibility for an honest misclick on my first use. Terrible service. I am closing my account as soon as I finish settling this "utang" and going back to my debit cards. para sa 300 interest?uLOL

no real time customer service

I requested a card replacement since the first order I made the courier did not deliver it to our house and there is no way for me to get it from their office. I requested a replacement and was informed it would take 10-17 days but it's more than a month now and I still haven't received the card and if I contact their customer service they are just always asking for my address. I sent a bunch of emails already and their response is always the same, asking for my address!!!!!

tang ama niyo after ko magbayad ng sa installment sabay adjust kau ng permanent limit peste Yung ginawa nio saken imbes na card pambabayad ko sa counter Yung iBang online banking pa nagamit ko.. nasa 900+ ung last na tingin ko dun kaya nga nagvayad para magamit ulet.. pineste nio lang Buhay ko

This is the worst app ever. I am paying on time and never once I delayed my payments for my credit card but they just permanently adjusted the limit. I was about to use the card and was expecting that I still have enought credit limit and it keeps on declining reason is they somehow deducted my total credit limit. This is so disappointing.

Got scammed…. I got scammed and atome allowed it, my information was leaked to the scammer and I got scammed worth 37,275.00. Im not really sure if it was leaked or it was an inside job. I tried to ask for help but they just don’t do anything. I also saw how many people using atome got scammed the same way how i got scammed. I reported it to Security and Exchange Commission and file for dispute.
