Too many calls and messages I understand that I have an unpaid balance, but receiving too many calls and messages in one day is already stressful and overwhelming. I hope the company can communicate more professionally and respectfully with customers who are willing to settle their accounts.
Missing amount on my available spending limit I lost my 10k on my available spending limit. I never missed my payment please settle this return my money. I paid for it

No options to call them Very hard to raise a concern and get help since they can only be reach via email which they like copy and pasting their responses. No help at all. IF YOUR PLANNING TO USE THIS APP OR CARD THINK TWICE THRICE . At first it looks like a big help during emergency but BIG NO ITS A CLEAR BURDEN SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN!
poor customer service I received a call around 10:40am and agent refused to assist and push me to accept her suggestion. I disturbed and frustrated with this experience.

Cash Loan I keep receiving notifications that Iβm already eligible for another cash loan, but whenever I try to apply, the system doesnβt process anything. Itβs been over a week now. Iβve already reached out to customer support, but all I get is an apology for βsystem maintenanceβ with no real assistance. Even with a good record, thereβs been no resolution at all. The support team hasnβt been helpful so far! 0/10

Accidentally selected installment payment and there's no easy option to change it to full payment. Support is unresponsive.
SCAM APP, WILL NOT REMIND YOU ON DUES then proceed to spam you if youre a day late just to make you pay and they will authomatic put your bill into installment to maximize the fees they can get from you, WITHOUT PERMISSION from 250 bill will turn to 350 bill within less than 24 hours . CHARGE YOU TO D.EATH with hidden fees additional fees you can imagine.

atome is okay if you pay on time but if you miss a single day with your due date they will call you non stop whole day with 100 different numbers which is very annoying and dangerous it just shows that your account is no longer safe. they will send you warning that will scare you automatically reduce your limit in just one day they wont even miss a minute calling you with hundred different numbers I wont use this app again. its like a load shark in disguise.
CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH HIGH LIMIT It took me a day because I was celebrating my birthday, so I was outside the city and no Internet and they aggressively asking for me to pay an automatically decided to split my payment into six months with interest. I always pay on time and I donβt like that thing automatically put interest and make it six months just because I i missed it for. I know there are no excuses. I shouldnβt be paying on time but this is against the loan. I should be paying the penalty not you deciding if itβs gonna be six months or what not youβre making money so I am installing this even though I have a big credit limit and Iβm just so happy I just got my credit card from a local card so I donβt need you guys. I pray loans is taking advantage to poor Filipinos.

NATAON LANG NA MALAYO PA ANG SAHOD! I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of your collection agents, which I believe constitutes harassment. I acknowledge that I missed my payment due date due to an oversight on my part. However, I was billed twice for my insurance, and I am currently awaiting the refund to be credited back to my account. The refunded amount is intended to settle my outstanding balance. Despite having explained my situation during a call with one of your representatives, I continued to receive excessive and repeated calls, more than thirty (30) within a short period, as well as multiple text messages demanding immediate payment. I find this level of communication to be unreasonable and distressing. Furthermore, I received messages indicating that a demand letter would be issued if payment was not made within the day. Such statements are alarming and unnecessary, especially considering that I have already communicated my circumstances. I am also deeply concerned that one of my personal contacts was reached and asked to settle my obligation. This action is inappropriate and raises serious concerns regarding privacy and professional conduct. In light of the above, I respectfully request that you: 1. Cease all forms of excessive and harassing communication. 2. Ensure that my personal information and references are handled with strict confidentiality. Please consider this matter with urgency. I expect that appropriate actions will be taken to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Iβve been a loyal customer for over a year, but lately, my transactions are constantly being declinedβeven small, domestic ones. They are always flagged as fraudulent when they arenβt, and the Cash Loan feature along with other Atome services no longer work. I am giving you a one-star review because I am deeply disappointed in your service and plan to switch to another card issuer.
HARRASSMENT I know my schedule of due date but unfortunately I couldn't pay on time one time due to financial issue. So they blew up my phone with 70+ calls and numerous text just for 1 day. The only good thing on this card was easy to apply. But customer service? Nah.
5th times trying to get a card and it's still rejected. Nahiya naman BPI Credit Card ko sa sainyo.
