I understand d importance of payment reminders, the volume of calls and the mention of a field visit made me feel harassed rather than assisted. A more professional and reasonable approach would help maintain positive customer relationships. Because of this experience, I have decided that after settling my balance, I will no longer use my Atome Card. I believe customers who are only minimally overdue should be treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. π

Its been 9 months since im using this app but still my credit limit is not yet increasing. I have maintained my account in good standing by making payments on time and managing my financial obligations responsibly and still no increasing happens with my account
SAVE YOURSELF I highly donβt recommend this. Madaling mahack and someone got access to my Atome card. Useless customer services. Uutakan ka sa pera. Spamming. Grabe stress na pinagdaanan ko dito. They stole a lot of money from me and hindi ko nafeel benefits. Save yourself! Sa bangko nalang kayo!
Disappointed with Credit Limit Approval Process Iβve tried applying for an Atome card multiple times but unfortunately keep getting rejected without clear explanation. I understand that approvals depend on credit assessment, but it would really help users like me to know what factors are affecting the decision so we can improve our chances. The app itself is easy to use and the concept is great, but the lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating. I hope future updates can provide clearer guidance or options for users who are not yet eligible.
Grabe kayo maningil 1 day pa lang delay. Kala ko joke yung ibang nag ssabi na grabe kayo tumawag.! Halos 50x kayo mag txt and mag call 1 day plng delay grabe kayo! Mtpos ko lng tong installment ko cut kayo sakin at sa buong pamilya ko!

They don't have the customer service for review of bills. You pay the double amount for the installment after paying in full. You will ask for help for the app and billing but no one will help you. their support is for the promotion of the card and when you only lost it. if you want headache apply for this card.
Annoying Calls The calls are getting annoying even if I already paid my bills, they still kept calling me. I highly recommend not to get this app.

Don't know if they're tripping. They let me wait for 3 days before the update of rejection. I'm not upset if they already told me that I am rejected, as in on the spot. But telling me to re-apply after 1 month after 3 days hahaha no thanks maybe I guess.

The pay later zero interest is not true. The interest is skyrocket high. The listings of your monthly payment is not comprehensive.

they don't help you resolve the suspicious transaction. You are going to pay an additional fee for them to help you. I won't recommend this apps.
i was realy disapointed with this app i was in my critical financial situation my father got hospitalized and i requested my payment to be moved on my 2nd paydate but they still harassing me tru phone msgs and email i already talk to some of their staffs but still its no use they will tell that their sorry and noted about your situation and they understand but still i recieve harassing messages ! annoying

i used this app for a while now. i buy goceries using atome card, its convenient to used..But im quit dissapointed for atome cash loan, after i paid my cash bills they offer a higher limit but when i request for loan , they says theres an issue in my account.
don't use this app, grabe harassment, one day late payment for collection and field visit agad. and disrespectful ang agent Nila tadtarin ka ng text tawag. OLA GALAWAN NILA DISSAPPOINTED.
