Can I file the i-GRS grievance without giving my name?
You can file without giving your name or address — DSWD's own FAQ describes an "Anonymous" option on the i-GRS portal. You'll still be asked for a phone number or email so DSWD can respond, and DSWD states that when Anonymous is selected, only the action officer sees that contact detail. That's short of full anonymity, not the same as it.
