Short answer
No. RA 9262, RA 7610, and RA 11313 contain no good-faith reporter immunity — verified absent across all three statutes, spanning 2004 to 2019 — so nothing in Philippine law statutorily shields you from a retaliatory civil or criminal suit by the person you reported, even if you reported truthfully and in good faith. That is the opposite of what most "how to report abuse" guidance implies.

So why would anyone still report, if there's no protection?
Reporting is still what gets a victim help and can trigger DSWD custody or a protection order. The honest answer is that the law doesn't remove your exposure, so the safer path is not doing it alone: file with another citizen (RA 9262 §9(h) / RA 7610 §27(g)) or through an official who carries the filing for you.
Would filing through a route that doesn't require my name, like DSWD's i-GRS, change this?
That's a different question from this one. DSWD's i-GRS portal lets you file without giving your name or address — though you're still asked for a phone number or email, and DSWD states only the action officer sees that detail when Anonymous is selected. That affects who can identify you as the reporter; it doesn't establish that you're shielded from a suit if you are identified.
